EPCOR provides access to reliable information and support for your check, card, wire, ACH, compliance, audit, security, risk management and fraud questions and concerns. Our AAPs, APRPs, NCPs and risk/fraud specialists are available to help answer your questions at any time by phone, via email or chat on the website. Member support is free and available only to EPCOR members.

For those who prefer a self-service approach, a plethora of valuable resources, useful links, research reports, white papers and more are housed in the EPCOR Knowledge Community – a closed, members-only platform that fosters communication and collaboration between EPCOR members and staff.

Staying up-to-date on evolving payments issues can be a daunting task. A wealth of knowledge is constantly available to you via our News You Can Use e-newsletter, Payments Post quarterly printed newsletter, Payments Insider e-newsletter for corporate entities, Washington Watch regulatory e-newsletter, timely alerts and bulletins, the EPCOR website, social media and the EPCOR Knowledge Community. Additionally, EPCOR Industry Update webinars are free for members and are conducted quarterly to keep you informed of the latest payment systems initiatives, rules and regulations impacting all financial institutions and businesses.

Industry Representation

EPCOR is your voice at a national level. We influence new payment applications, payment systems policies, rules and risk management practices that are in the best interest of our members through participation in a wide variety of councils, committees, associations and work groups. We work diligently to represent the interests of our members who are among the most stable, conservative and risk-averse financial institutions in the country.

EPCOR Scholarships

EPCOR is offering a full scholarship to Payments Institute. You can choose either TPI Homeschool or the TPI On Campus School. The full-tuition scholarship is valued at more than $3,000.

Payment Systems Awards

Each year EPCOR recognizes individuals and organizations for their outstanding leadership, innovation and excellence in the development, implementation or advancement of electronic payments and risk mitigation solutions with the EPCOR Marquis Award and The David P. DeMarea Payments Innovation Award. All EPCOR members, including depository financial institutions, affiliates and associates, or their affiliated organizations, are eligible nominees. Nominations may be for an individual or an organization. Awards are presented at EPCOR Payments Conference – Spring and Fall.
