    Full-time position

    If you are an Instructional Designer that enjoys making complex topics simple and easy to learn? Then EPCOR may be the right fit for you. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has a passion for making education fun and easy. This position is responsible for incorporating appropriate strategies to create learner-centered live and on-demand educational experiences. This position is also responsible for assisting staff with presentations for flex training and speaking engagements. As a small association we offer professional education to over 1,900 member institutions, and would like to find the right instructional designer to move EPCOR to “best-in- class” status for our educational offerings.

  • Vice President, Education

    Full-time position

    EPCOR is looking for a Vice President, Education to provide strategic direction, planning, developing, and analysis of the association’s education programs, to include annual conferences, classroom learning, webinars, on-demand education, podcasts, and publications/tools. This position also provides day-to-day oversight and direction to the Education staff to assure that all educational initiatives are in concert with and support the association’s mission, providing value, and service to the membership.

    Our ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business or equivalent with ten years of experience developing content/training on payment industry rules, regulations, and trends and seven years management experience. This position requires terrific written and verbal communication skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize, strong attention to detail, reliable and organized. Demonstrating a hunger to deliver excellent results and continuously improve, being able to focus on the success of the team over individual success and wanting to foster positive and productive working relationships with teammates and our members is necessary.

  • Director, Emerging Payments

    Full-time position

    EPCOR is looking for an individual who has a keen interest in emerging payments solutions to fill our role of Director of Emerging Payments Education. This position has primary responsibility for managing timely and relevant education, information, and support to assist members and staff in understanding and maintaining compliance with real-time payment systems and products and other emerging payments solutions. The Director of Emerging Payment Education is responsible for planning, developing and executing programs and services including in-person seminars, webinars, on-demand courses, publications/learning tools designed to meet the ongoing education needs of the members and staff, as well as contributing related subject matter to EPCOR member communications, and providing phone/email support to members to aid them in understanding and interpreting emerging payments trends, rules and regulations. This position also serves as a primary trainer.

    Our ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent with ten years of experience in the financial services industry, comprehensive knowledge of emerging payments, three or more years of public presenter or training experience. This person also must have terrific written and verbal communication skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize, strong attention to detail, reliable and organized. Demonstrating a hunger to deliver excellent results and continuously improve, being able to focus on the success of the team over individual success and wanting to foster positive and productive working relationships with teammates and our members is necessary.
