    EPCOR has retained Rick Shull of RGS Search Partners, LLC to conduct the search for a new President of the association. The President will be responsible for coordinating EPCOR activities to support its mission of providing members with the knowledge, support and industry representation necessary to succeed in the ever-evolving electronic payments business. EPCOR serves more than 2,000 member banks, credit unions, thrift and affiliated organizations located in Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Missouri, Nebraska, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

    The successful candidate will demonstrate strategic vision to advance the mission of EPCOR, be action-oriented to propel the organization forward and demonstrate the ability to lead people to achieve the organization’s goals and vision. The longer-term intent is for the newly-hired President to become CEO upon the current CEO’s retirement.

  • Director, Finance & Administration

    Full-time position

    EPCOR, a not-for-profit trade association, is seeking a Director, Finance & Administration. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of the finance and accounting function; with hands-on responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all finance-related activities. This position is also responsible for administration of the association, including directing HR/personnel functions, facilities management and technology services.

    Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business or equivalent, CPA or Master’s Degree, a plus; comprehensive knowledge of general accounting principles; 10+ years management experience; knowledge of banking and payment systems desirable.

  • Manager, Member Communiations

    Full-time position, remote possiblities

    Do you consider yourself a master of words, have a soft spot for social media connections and passion for member service? If so, and you have strong organizational skills and a knack for strategic communications, you will succeed as the Manager, Member Communications for EPCOR, a non-profit financial services trade association. This position is responsible for implementing the association’s communications efforts, including newsletters, email bulletins, mailed correspondence and website content consistent with EPCOR brand, image and key messages. The Manager, Member Communications is also responsible for the association’s private and public social media outreach to encourage membership and support the association’s communications and marketing efforts.   • Audit Services Manager

    Full-time position, Travel opportunities

    EPCOR has an immediate opening for an Audit Services Manager.

    Responsibilities:
    • Conduct ACH Audits.
    • Conduct risk assessments for financial institutions in Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma and Southwestern Iowa.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Requirements:
    • Must be an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP).
    • Must have a comprehensive knowledge of the ACH Operating Rules and ACH operations.
    • Experience in audit, risk or compliance, a plus.
    • Must be able to travel 22-24 weeks per year.
